Noise issues were noticeable, particularly from a couple of kids bouncing around. The couch bed's mattress was too soft, causing discomfort when sitting or lying down, and I encountered some cleanliness concerns in the pet area, where not all dog owners complied with clean-up duties.

I had a just perfect experience here, everything was perfect, the location was best possible just next door to activities in the area and shopping / restaurants.

Staff was outstanding. Very helpful. We arrived a bit before our room was ready. They made great suggestions on places to visit nearby and took our luggage up to our room once it became available.

We like places that are within walking distance to something. It is tucked back in a strip mall -- so it is more quiet than being right on the main road, but you still have to get in your car to go anywhere. The purpose of staying here was to have dinner at the Oyster Bar on Chuckanut Dr. This was a nice place and close to that restaurant. Without that focus for us we probably would have stayed in a different town.

We felt welcomed. The breakfast spread was very nice-items were fresh and fully stocked, and I loved the flavored infused water available throughout our stay. The staff was genuinely friendly. The pet-friendly environment was a bonus since we traveled with our dog, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities.

Unfortunately, I encountered noise disturbances from neighboring rooms which affected my sleep. The thinness of the doors meant that any hallway commotion was quite noticeable too, causing a bit of frustration. It would also be ideal if the pet area were kept a bit cleaner. I noticed a few instances of pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs.

Excellent customer service. The beds are some of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever experienced.

The room was clean and comfy. There were plenty of outlets to charge devices. Great amenities like a pool area and a convenient shopping center nearby.

Everything was worth the value for the weekend staY. Not only fun for the adults but the kids enjoyed staying there as well.

The pool and spa area were well maintained. The breakfast was impressively varied, with fresh fruit juice mixes and smoothies. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and equipped with great amenities.

We felt really at home in this hotel. The hotel is in the centre of Burlington, but is very quiet. Our bed was comfortable and the room was modern. We appreciated the little extras, like the self serve coffee station and complimentary cookies.

This is a hotel go-to for Burlington! It's a magnificent and excellent venue in Burlington. The staff are wonderful, they keep the place clean. The hotel rooms are updated and comfy with a jacuzzi tub and view to the highway, for instance. They serve a huge variety of meals, the food I tried was delicious.
